Forty years after the founding of Cullen International, the organisation will host an anniversary conference on 23 June bringing together regulators, policymakers, industry leaders, and international stakeholders to discuss the evolution of telecoms regulation and the future of Europe’s digital landscape.
The conference will explore key challenges surrounding connectivity policy, investment, digital regulation, and Europe’s broader competitiveness in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment.
Francesco Nonno, President of FTTH Council Europe, will speak during the session “Delivering Europe’s connectivity ambitions”. His intervention will focus on the role of public policy and regulatory frameworks in supporting investment in fibre infrastructure as a foundation for Europe’s digital future.
The programme also includes discussions on the EU’s regulatory approach, digital governance, and the future direction of telecoms policy in Europe.
The event will take place in Brussels and online.
