Claudia Pia Muraro Volpe

Claudia joined the FTTH Council Europe in May 2026. In her role, she contributes to the Council’s marketing and communications activities. 

Before joining the FTTH Council Europe, Claudia gained international experience in institutional communication, high-level event coordination, cultural diplomacy, and stakeholder engagement. She worked as Dignitary Programme Specialist within the International Relations Office of the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games – Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026. Her previous experience also includes working with the Embassy of Italy in Sweden, the Italian Cultural Institute of Stockholm and EUNIC, where she contributed to the coordination and promotion of cultural initiatives. 

Alongside her institutional background, Claudia has worked across marketing, social media management, brand strategy, digital content production, and multi-channel communication in cultural, institutional, and private-sector environments. 

Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Organization of Culture and the Arts from the University of Bologna, graduating with 110/110 cum laude. She also studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at Copenhagen Business School, and holds degrees from Capital Normal University in Beijing and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. 

Of Italian origin, Claudia speaks Italian, English, French, Chinese, and German, and brings an international, cross-cultural perspective to her work in communications and stakeholder engagement.
